Cover tightly with plastic and micro HI 3<br \/>\nmin. In the meantime, put the cornstarch into the half &amp; half so it will<br \/>\nbegin dissolving, stir frequently. Stir the corn and give dish \u00bd turn.<br \/>\nCover again and micro HI 5-7 min. Then stir the half &amp; half mixture into<br \/>\nthe corn, cover and micro HI 2-3 minutes. Stir well, adding salt &amp;<br \/>\npepper to taste.<br \/>\nThis recipe is about 6 servings. If increasing amounts\/servings,<br \/>\nincrease cooking time accordingly. I like combining yellow and white<br \/>\ncorn for this.
